The terms that apply to tree care services from Your Arborist Edmonton.

These Terms and Conditions apply to tree care services provided by Your Arborist Edmonton. By requesting or accepting our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide tree care services including removal, pruning, trimming, stump grinding and removal, emergency work and related services across the Greater Edmonton area.
On-site quotes are free and provided with no obligation. A written quote is valid for the work and scope described. If the scope changes, we will discuss and agree any change with you before proceeding.
We will agree a date and time with you. Weather and emergencies can affect scheduling, and we will keep you informed if timing needs to change. We respond to genuine emergencies as quickly as we safely can.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, credit and debit.
Please ensure we have safe access to the work area and let us know of any hazards, underground services or property concerns. For everyone's safety, please keep people and pets clear of the work area while we are on site.
You are responsible for confirming ownership of the trees to be worked on. Trees on City-owned land are protected and require City approval. We work in line with applicable regulations, including Alberta's elm pruning rules.
We carry out our work with care and to professional standards. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Any concerns about completed work should be raised with us promptly so we can address them.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.
